Donation/Off-Site Event Request Application

At Pikes Peak Brewing Company, we feel the best way to impact a community is by being in the community.

Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received. Please allow up to seven business days for a representative to be in touch.

By filling out and submitting this form, I am stating that I have read and accept the terms of this contract below:

I agree that I am 21 years of age or older. ID will be reviewed upon pick-up of donated items.
I understand that if donated beer is to be served to the public (even if the event is a private event), that I must comply with all Colorado liquor license laws.
If donated beer is being served to the public, recipient must provide a copy of the special event permit.
I remove responsibility and any liability that may arise due to the use or illegal misuse of donated kegs and their contents from Pikes Peak Brewing Company, along with it’s employees and associates.
I understand that it is unlawful to retain any donated beer for personal use and agree to return any and all unused product to PPBC and the end of the event in which the product was donated.
I understand that all donations are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded for monetary value.
By accepting donated beer, I agree to return any PPBC property (keg, picnic pump, jockey box, etc.) in the same condition in which it was given.
By accepting donated beer, I agree to be responsible for picking up the donated items at Pikes Peak Brewing Company at an agreed time between PPBC staff members.
By accepting PPBC donated goods, I agree to display provided marketing/branding materials which will be displayed during my event.

Any application that does not meet these requirements will not be reviewed:

Request submitted 6 weeks prior to the event.
Non-profit or event is located outside of Colorado Springs or Monument, CO
All donations will be from Pikes Peak Brewing Company not from Goat Patch Brewing Company
