Keg Order Contract: By renting this/these keg(s), I agree to return it/them and all associated dispensing equipment in good condition (where condition is determined by Pikes Peak Brewing Co.) within the agreed upon time (seven days). I agree that I am 21 years or older (proof of ID will be required at pickup), and that I remove Pikes Peak Brewing Co., along with its shareholders, employees, and associates, responsibility of any liabilities that may arise due to use, or illegal misuse, of this/these keg(s) and it's/their contents. I understand that there are no refunds of kegs after removal from the premise. I agree to a deposit of $35.00 per keg and $50.00 per dispensing system to be charged on a Visa or MasterCard. After 10 days the keg(s) is/are considered late. I understand that not returning the keg(s) on time prevents Pikes Peak Brewing Co. from renting it/them out to other craft beer lovers, so I agree that any keg not returned within 10 days may be subject to a rental fee of $25.00 per week, per keg to be charged to my credit card, up to the total value of replacing the keg and dispensing system. *
